Homemade pancakes: the recipe to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients: 
1 egg 
2 tbsp of sunflower seeds oil 
4 tbsp of milk 
1 pinch of salt 
Half a packert of vanillin 
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of honey
60 g of whole grain flour 
Stuff as you like 
 
Directions: 
1. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt. 
2. Mix egg yolks with oil, milk, vanillin and honey. 
3. Gradually stir in flour and baking powder.
4. Add whipped egg whites from before. 
5. Grease a pan and heat it up. 
6. Cook pancakes and stuff as you like the most.
