Coconut cookies with 4 ingredients

Ingredients:
80 g egg whites (about 3 egg whites)
150 g sugar
200 g grated coconut
60 g full-fat liquid cream (30% fat)
150 g chocolate for decoration

Directions:
1. Whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff.
2. Then add the cream and coconut.
3. Shape the biscuits and place them on the baking tray.
4. Bake at 150° for 15 minutes.
5. Decorate with chocolate and enjoy.
