Coffee fluffy cream

Ingredients:
250 g of iced water
80 g of sugar
13 g of istant coffee
Unsweetened cocoa powder
 
Directions:
1. Mix water, sugar and instant coffee in a bowl.
2. Whip until creamy and fluffy.
3. Serve in glass cups.
4. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
