Pork loin with orange

Ingredients:
1.200 kg pork loin
300 ml orange juice
100 ml white wine
2 sprigs rosemary
4 bay leaves
1/2 orange, sliced
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 teaspoon pink peppercorns
salt, pepper, oil
1.200 kg pork loin

Directions:
1. Marinate the pork loin in orange juice, bay leaves, rosemary and peppercorns.
2. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
3. Season with salt and pepper and cook in a pot.
4. Pour in the wine and add the marinade, lemon juice and orange slices.
5. Cook for 30 minutes.
6. Turn the pork loin and cook for another 40 minutes.
7. Then slice the pork loin and serve with the sauce.
