Pork loin braised in milk: how to make it tender and tasty

INGREDIENTS
1 pork loin
Rosemary
Sage
Sage
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
2 Onions
Garlic
300ml (1 1/4 cups) of white wine
500ml (2 cups) of milk
METHOD
- We start with tying the pork loin with kitchen string to keep the shape during the cooking. Add the rosemary and sage between the kitchen string and season it with salt and pepper.
- Add the olive oil to the pot and transfer the meat to brown on all sides. Add the onions, garlic, sage, rosemary. Pour the white wine and let it evaporate.
- After the wine evaporates, pour the milk, cover with a lid and cook for about an hour on medium heat.
- Take the cooking sauce and blend it until is sauce very thick.
- Remove the kitchen string from the meat, cut it into slices, and pour with the sauce.
