Pork loin rolls: SUPER STRINGY and TASTY!

INGREDIENTS
Pork loin steaks
Salt
Pepper
Cheese
50g (1/2 cup) of all-purpose flour
50g (1/2 cup) of cornstarch
250ml (1 cup) of beer
Panko
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Arrange the pork loin steaks on the cutting board and season with salt and pepper. Add the piece of cheese to each one and roll them up.
2. In a bowl add the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and beer and whisk to combine.
3. Dip the roll first in the batter and then coat with the breadcrumbs.
4. Transfer them to the pot with hot oil and fry them until they are golden brown.
5. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
