Loin pork roll: the meat cake to serve in your special dinner!

A delicious recipe to cook pork!

INGREDIENTS

1kg of meat (pork loin)

Chopped garlic

2 tbsp whole grain mustard

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

1 tsp basil

1/2 tsp black pepper

180g processed cheese

150g mozzarella slices

100g ham slices

METHOD

In the bowl mix together mustard with spices and processed cheese.
Cut the meat into slices and beat it. Spread prepared sauce onto the meat, top with ham and mozzarella.
Wrap the meat in a roll, fix with wooden skewers and top with the rest of the sauce.
Bake at 200’C (400’F) for 50-60 minutes.
