Pork loin skewers: the secret to making them golden and cheesy!

INGREDIENTS
500g pork loin
Breadcrumbs
3 eggs
Ham
Cheese slices
Salt
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs

Olive oil
METHOD
- Thin the pork and salt on both sides. Put ham and cheese on it and make rolls.
- Put the rolls in the beaten eggs, and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Stab three rolls on three parallel skewers.
- Cut the rolls and make three separate skewers. Arrange the skewers in a baking tray and pour over the oil.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve.
