BAOZI: the delicious Chinese steamed buns!

INGREDIENTS 
340g (2 3/4 cups) of all-purpose Flour    
160g (2/3 cup) of lukewarm water   
80g (1/3 cup) of sugar   
6g of dry yeast  
250g of minced pork  
100g of cabbage  
1 fresh spring onion  
2 tbsp of soy sauce  
1 tsp of sugar  
2 tsp of vegetable oil  
1/2 tsp of salt  
1/3 tsp of black pepper  

METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and yeast, then add in the flour. Mix the dough and let it rest for 40 minutes.  
2. In another bowl, mix the minced pork, chopped cabbage and onion, soy sauce, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.  
3. Divide the dough into three equal portions, and then divide each portion into balls weighing about 35g.  
4. Fill each dough ball with the prepared filling, and let it rest for another 30 minutes.  
5. Steam the filled dough balls in a steamer for 14 minutes, then turn off the heat and let them rest in the steamer for 2 more minutes.
