Ham savory buns: it's impossible to resist!

Fluffy, warm and simply delicious! 

INGREDIENTS
Flour - 320 g
Yeast - 10 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Milk - 160 ml
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Ham
Cheese
Egg yolk - 1
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix warm milk with sugar and yeast. Add in flour, salt and oil.
  2. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  3. Divide the dough into 10-12 parts. For each bun, we need 2 pieces of dough.
  4. Roll one of the two parts of the dough into a rectangle. Put the ham in the middle and wrap it from the edges to the center. Cut it into 6 parts and place each of them on the end tightly to each other, but with a slight shift. Roll the 2nd slice of dough into a circle and put slices of dough with ham on it. Put some cheese on top.
  5. Turn the bun over and make an incision, opening it a little.
  6. Grease the buns with yolk and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C (356 ‘ F)
