Savory mini pastries with ham and cheese: simple and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
150g of cooked ham
150g of cheese
Egg for brushing
White sesame seeds
Black sesame seeds

METHOD
1. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and divide it into 3 equal strips. With the slices of ham and the cheese sticks, form rolls and place them on top of the puff pastry strips.
2. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with the beaten egg and roll to stick it and form puff pastry rolls.
3. Cut each one into pieces and transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
4. Brush the mini pastries with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 20 minutes or until golden.
