Savory cake with cheese and ham: a surprise for your palate!

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini (125g), shredded;
3 eggs;
130g (1/2 cup) plain yogurt;
salt and pepper;
100ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil)
100g cheese, cubbed;
100g ham, cubbed;
250g (2 cups) 00 flour;
1 ½ tsp baking powder;
100ml (2/5 cup) milk;
2 small carrots, shredded.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Prepare 1 20 cm round baking pan.
- Whisk eggs with yogurt, salt, pepper and milk. Add shredded vegetables, ham and cheese, then combine with flour and baking powder until smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into a prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, let cool down before serving.
