Savory cake with cheese and ham: a surprise for your palate!

INGREDIENTS

1 zucchini (125g), shredded;

3 eggs;

130g (1/2 cup) plain yogurt;

salt and pepper;

100ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil)

100g cheese, cubbed;

100g ham, cubbed;

250g (2 cups) 00 flour;

1 ½ tsp baking powder;

100ml (2/5 cup) milk;

2 small carrots, shredded.

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Prepare 1 20 cm round baking pan.
Whisk eggs with yogurt, salt, pepper and milk. Add shredded vegetables, ham and cheese, then combine with flour and baking powder until smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into a prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, let cool down before serving.
