A delicious recipe to make when your fridge is empty!
INGREDIENTS

5/6 boiled potatoes
salt

pepper
100g parmesan
3 eggs
breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Wash the potatoes and boil until tender, about 30-40 minutes, depending on the size.
2. Mash the potatoes with salt, pepper, eggs and parmesan.
3. Add the ham and the provola cheese.
4. Pour the potato mixture into a baking pan.
5. Add the egg wash and the breadcrumbs, then bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
