Savory pie with potatoes and cheese!

The perfect idea for a tasty dinner, quick and very simple. With a few ingredients, you’ll be able to prepare a really delicious savory pie!
INGREDIENTS
A sheet of puff pastry
200g ham
200g scamorza cheese
1 boiled potato
egg yolk
DIRECTIONS
Spread out the puff pastry. On one end of the puff pastry place the ham, scamorza cheese, and the boiled potato cut in slices. Season with salt and pepper, then roll it up, leaving a small section that you’ll slice into many strips. Cover the already rolled up part of the pastry with the strips, brush the pastry with egg yolk and bake at 200° C for 30 minutes.

bake at 200°C for 30 minutes
