Potatoes cake: a savory pie for the whole family!

Put the whole potatoes into the batter, the result will leave you speechless!
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
400g flour
2 packets baking powder
100ml vegetable oil
100ml warm milk
80g cup melted butter
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
3 potatoes
250g bacon
300g chopped cheese
1/2 tsp cumin
300ml vegetable broth
METHOD
- Cut 3 potatoes in half. Make a few incisions on top, boil in a pan with vegetable broth and cumin. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Beat eggs with butter, sour cream, oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Sift in the flour with baking powder. Fill the potato cuts with strips of bacon and cheese.
- Pour the dough into a greased pan.
- Put the stuffed potatoes halves in the dough. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350F.
