Potatoes cake: a savory pie for the whole family!

Put the whole potatoes into the batter, the result will leave you speechless!

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs

400g flour

2 packets baking powder

100ml vegetable oil

100ml warm milk

80g cup melted butter

2 tbsp sour cream

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp sugar

3 potatoes

250g bacon

300g chopped cheese

1/2 tsp cumin

300ml vegetable broth

METHOD

Cut 3 potatoes in half. Make a few incisions on top, boil in a pan with vegetable broth and cumin. Cook for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs with butter, sour cream, oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
Sift in the flour with baking powder. Fill the potato cuts with strips of bacon and cheese.
Pour the dough into a greased pan.
Put the stuffed potatoes halves in the dough. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350F.
