Savory veggie cake: a delicious dinner idea for the whole family!

For dough:
875g (7 cups) flour (all purpose)
490ml (2 cups) milk
220ml (1 cup) oil
1 egg
1 egg white
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
10g dry yeast
2 tbsp oil
Filling:
250g Feta cheese
½ Red pepper
½ Green pepper
½ Yellow pepper
Cheese
Yolk
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling (mix feta with chopped peppers).
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out the cake. Lubricate the cake with oil. Layout the filling and roll-up.
- Put the roll in the mold and let rise for 1 hour.
- Brush with egg yolk. Sprinkle with the remaining filling. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
