Meatballs savory pie: a quick dinner for the whole family!

Here's a simple meat pie recipe that's quick and easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
For pies:
• 750g minced meat
• 2 onions
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 egg
• 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
• parsley
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp salt
For eggplant sauce:
• 5-6 eggplants
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2.5 tbsp flour
• 2.5 cups milk
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
For the sauce:
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tomatoes
• 3 tbsp oils
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp basil
• ½ tsp salt
• cheese
•butter
METHOD
- Mix minced meat with spices.
- Bake eggplant, peel, and chop.
- Heat oil in a saucepan, add flour and milk. Boil. Add eggplant, salt, pepper. Form meatball from mincemeat and fry in a pan.
- Fry the tomato paste in oil, add chopped tomatoes and spices.
- Bring to readiness. Put the eggplant and meatball sauce into the mold. Pour in tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese and put slices of butter.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
