Stuffed little focaccia: a savory treat for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS

530g (4 1/4 cup) flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp soda

400ml (1 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) sour drink or yogurt

50ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil

100g ricotta cheese

150g ham

100g mozzarella

METHOD

Mix flour with soda, salt, sour drink and oil. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out the dough. Mix ricotta cheese with ham and mozzarella.
Divide the filling onto the first part into little balls as many as you can and cover with the second part of the dough.
Separate all particles with around cups and fry in hot oil.
