Stuffed mushrooms: this recipe will be your new family favorite!

The whole family will love this idea!

INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes
1 onion
400g Ground meat
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 oregano
300g Mushroom
250ml (1 cup) Bechamel sauce
150g Mozzarella cheese

METHOD
  1. Clean and sliced the potatoes and layer them into the baking pan. Cover with sliced onion and add bechamel sauce.
  2. In another bowl mix meat with species and egg.
  3. Use mushroom cups and put them onto the onion, fill them with prepared meat mixture.
  4. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 1 hour.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
