Stuffed mushrooms: this recipe will be your new family favorite!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes
1 onion
400g Ground meat
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 oregano
300g Mushroom
250ml (1 cup) Bechamel sauce
150g Mozzarella cheese
METHOD
- Clean and sliced the potatoes and layer them into the baking pan. Cover with sliced onion and add bechamel sauce.
- In another bowl mix meat with species and egg.
- Use mushroom cups and put them onto the onion, fill them with prepared meat mixture.
- Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
