Stuffed sausages with mushrooms: a delicious recipe that the whole family will love

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
200g of mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
6 sausages
Cheese
METHOD
1. In a pan add the olive oil and mushrooms and fry them until mushrooms are soft. Season with salt and pepper mix them and then remove from the heat.
2. Arrange the sausages on the cutting board and cut the middle part pressing with the help of the teaspoon to make the space for stuffing.
3. Fill the sausages with the prepared mushrooms and transfer them to the pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
4. After time has elapsed remove the pan from the oven and spread the cheese on top of each sausage. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 15 more minutes.
5. Serve stuffed sausages on a serving plate all together.
