Easy and delicious, this is the perfect recipe for a dinner that everyone will love!

500g veal
flour
500ml vegetable broth
1 glass withe wine
250g peas
rosemary
METHOD
1. Add the veal to the flour and toss to coat well. Heat 3 teaspoons of the oil in a large pot. Add the onion and the veal a few pieces at a time.
2. Add the white wine, the rosemary and the sage.
3. Cover with vegetable broth and cook 1 hour.
