Potato sticks: a delicious treat for the whole family!

You only need a few ingredients to make a savory treat in no-time!

INGREDIENTS

• 4 potatoes

• 1 tsp pepper

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp paprika flakes

• 2 tbsp parsley

• 1 tsp caraway

• 2 cloves garlic

• 1 tsp coriander

• 4 tbsp water

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 4 tbsp semolina

• frying oil

METHOD

Boil 4 potatoes.
Pour water, olive oil into a pan and add semolina. Then fry.
Mash the potatoes and add all the ingredients. Knead everything. Form potato sticks, roll in flour.
Deep-fry.
