Blueberry donut cake: a delicious recipe for the whole family!

Perfect for a delicious treat!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300g (2.4 cups) of wheat flour (00)
280g (1.2 cups) cottage cheese
3 eggs
180g (1.4 cups) of sugar
150g (0.7 cup) butter (softened)
10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
12g (3 tsp) baking powder
100g (1 cup) of blueberries
10g (0.1 cup) og flour
METHOD
- Combine softened butter and sugar, then add salt and mix with a mixer. Add cottage cheese to the mixture, continue beating, then add vanilla sugar and eggs. When the ingredients are combined, add flour and baking powder. At the very end add the blueberries and combine with the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold lined with flour so that it can be easily removed after baking, and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
