Blueberry donut: soft and tasty, perfect for your family dinner!

A soft cake that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
5 egg yolks;
25 g (2 tbsp) sugar;
45 ml (3 tbsp) vegetable oil;
100 g (½ cup) blueberries;
100 g (⅔ cup) all-purpose flour;
5 egg whites;
1 tsp lemon juice;
40g (3 tbsp) sugar.
METHOD
- Beat blueberries with sugar, oil and yolks until smooth. Add flour and mix to combine.
- Beat egg whites with lemon juice until soft peaks form. Start adding sugar until a glossy egg white mixture forms.
- Fold egg whites into the blueberry batter.
- Pour the batter into a bundt cake pan and bake at 160C/320F for 15 minutes.
- Make 5-6 slits on the surface of the cake and return into the oven for 60 minutes at 140C/290F.
