Egg in a hole burger recipe: perfect for a tasty dinner!

If you and your family can always appreciate a great burger, make sure you try cooking this egg in a hole burger recipe for an exciting twist.

INGREDIENTS
800g Ground beef
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
20g (2 tbsp) Parmesan
6 Eggs
Burger buns
Ketchup
Mayonnaise

METHOD
  1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Add parmesan and mix it well.
  2. Make burgers and place them in a pan.
  3. Press the middle of them to make a hole. Add eggs in each hole and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Make a sauce mixing the ketchup and mayonnaise.
  5. Serve the burgers in a burger bun with sauce.
