INGREDIENTS

800g Ground beef
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
20g (2 tbsp) Parmesan
6 Eggs
Burger buns
Ketchup
Mayonnaise

METHOD

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Add parmesan and mix it well.
Make burgers and place them in a pan.
Press the middle of them to make a hole. Add eggs in each hole and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Make a sauce mixing the ketchup and mayonnaise.
Serve the burgers in a burger bun with sauce.
