Burger onion toast: a easy recipe for a tasty dinner!

Here's the perfect dinner idea!

INGREDIENTS

400g (2 2/3 cups) Minced beef

1 Onion

2 Eggs

2 slices Bread

Parsley

Parmesan

8g (2 tsp) Salt

4g (1 tsp) Pepper

100g (½ cup) Cheese

METHOD

In a bowl put minced beef. Add salt, pepper, parmesan and chopped parsley. Mix it well and make burgers.
Cut the onions into rings. In an oiled pan put the burgers and onion rings. In the onion rings put the eggs.
Between the two slices of bread, place the onion and eggs and then on top of them place the burgers. Add some cheese and serve.
