Cheese buns burger: this will completely change the way you prepare burgers!

• 600g ground beef
• 4 tbsp diced red onion
• 4 tsp chopped parsley
• salt and pepper
• 24 bacon slices
• Cooking oil
• 880g pizza dough
• 8 slices of Emmentaler
• 1 egg yolk
• sesame seeds
• 4 tbsp mustard mayonnaise
• 8 sheets of salad
• a few pieces of gherkins
METHOD
1.) In a large bowl mix together beef, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Then make the meat into a 2 flat, round burgers.

2.) Cover burger with bacon and fry in the hot oil on both sides until the bacon turns brown.
3.) Roll the pizza dough and make two equal circles from the dough. Fold slices of Emmentaler and place them on one of the dough circles. Cover the cheese with the second round of dough and fix both by re-piercing the hamburger bun with a bowl of slightly smaller diameter.
4.) Make a ball from the rest of the dough and squeeze it into a flat width the size of the first half of a burger bun. Cover the halves with egg yolk and bake for 18 minutes at 180°C/350°F
5.) Put the burger immediately after baking rolls. Put halves with mustard mayonnaise, add salad, burger, gherkins and cheese roll.
