CHICKEN BURGERS: soft and succulent!

INGREDIENTS
510g chicken meat
1 clove of garlic
Rosemary
6 sage leaves
Pepper
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. In a food processor, add the chicken meat and blend until smooth. Add the garlic, rosemary, sage leaves, pepper, and salt, and continue blending until well combined.
2. Oil your hands and shape the mixture into large meatballs, then flatten them with the palm of your hand to form burger patties.
3. Pour some extra virgin olive oil into a pan and cook the chicken burgers for a few minutes on each side, until they are fully cooked through.
4. Serve the chicken burgers with salad and enjoy.
