Simple and tasty TUNA MEATLOAF

INGREDIENTS
500g of tuna in oil (drained)
3 eggs
30g (3 1/2 tbsp) of breadcrumbs
25g (3 1/2 tbsp) of parmesan
Salt
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the tuna in oil (drained) and eggs and mix to combine. Add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and salt and mix well.
2. Place the sheet of parchment paper on a working surface and pour the prepared mixture.
3. Work with the hands to obtain compact tuna meatloaf. Wrap in parchment paper and kitchen foil and transfer to the pan.
4. Pour the water into the pan to cover about 3/4 of the tuna meatloaf. Cook for 40 minutes. Let it cool after cooking.
5. Slice the tuna meatloaf and serve on a serving dish.
