How to make TUNA IN OIL at home: it's very easy! 🐟

INGREDIENTS
1kg of Tuna
Salt
6 Bay leaves
Juniper berries
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Add salt, 3 bay leaves, juniper berries, and tuna fillets in a pot with water. Cook for 1 hour and then remove from the heat.
2. Transfer the boiled tuna to the plate and move to the fridge for 24 hours.
3. After time has elapsed start filling the jars with the tuna fillets. Add the bay leaves and juniper berries from time to time.
4. When the jars are full pour the extra virgin olive oil to fill the jars. Close them with the lid.
