Bubble tea: how to make it at home!

Here's a simple bubble tea recipe that shows how you can make this delicious beverage at home!
 
INGREDIENTS
130g (1 cup) tapioca starch
10g (1 tbsp) cocoa powder
60g (1/4 cup) brown sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) water
20g (1/6 cup) powdered brown sugar
100 ml (1/2 cup) black tea
100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
Ice cubes

METHOD
  1. Mix together tapioca starch and cocoa powder. Add brown sugar and water to the pan, cook until melted. Add in tapioca starch mixture.
  2. Knead it well and make little balls.
  3. Add into the hot water and cook for 15 minutes, then strain it.
  4. Add 20g brown sugar to the dough balls.
