Bubble bread: how to make them soft and fragrant!

Here's the alternative to usual bread!

INGREDIENTS
400ml (1 2/3 cups) warm milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar
7g of dry yeast
1 egg
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp butter
850g (7 cups) flour
1 tsp of salt

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar and yeast, add in egg, butter, yogurt, flour, and salt.
  2. Let the dough rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled size.
  3. Cut it into about 12-14 pieces, roll out each and fry in the hot oil until golden brown from both sides.
