Homemade skillet bread: the secret to making it soft and fragrant!

With this recipe, the bread will turn out even better than the one you buy fresh from the bakery!
INGREDIENTS
360ml (1 1/2 cup) warm water;
12g (2 tsp) salt;
7g dry yeast;
390g (3 cups) all-purpose flour.

METHOD
- Whisk water, yeast, and sugar together.
- Mix salt and flour. Add flour into the water and knead the dough until it just comes together.
- Cover and set the dough to ferment for 2 hours, or until doubled size.
- Form the dough into a ball on a floured parchment sheet.
- Set the ball of dough aside for 40 minutes, then make a few cuts on the surface using scissors.
- Bake in the preheated skillet at 230°C/445°F for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for 10 minutes more or until golden.
