Homemade skillet bread: the secret to making it soft and fragrant!

With this recipe, the bread will turn out even better than the one you buy fresh from the bakery!
 
INGREDIENTS
360ml (1 1/2 cup) warm water;
12g (2 tsp) salt;
7g dry yeast;
390g (3 cups) all-purpose flour.
METHOD
  1. Whisk water, yeast, and sugar together.
  2. Mix salt and flour. Add flour into the water and knead the dough until it just comes together.
  3. Cover and set the dough to ferment for 2 hours, or until doubled size.
  4. Form the dough into a ball on a floured parchment sheet.
  5. Set the ball of dough aside for 40 minutes, then make a few cuts on the surface using scissors.
  6. Bake in the preheated skillet at 230°C/445°F for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for 10 minutes more or until golden.
