Homemade buns: soft, fragrant and scented!

Fluffy and so easy to make, here's the secret to making a great brioche for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) milk
120g (1 cup) sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
60g (1/3 cup) melted butter
14g fresh yeast
500g (2 1/2 cups) flour (all-purpose)
METHOD
- Mix milk, salt, yeast and egg first, milk has to be at room temperature.
- Once that is mixed then add butter and flour and knead until you get a soft dough.
- Rest for one hour.
- Cut onto squares and draw small cuts on one side and roll them over.
- Bake 180°C for 25 to 30 min.
