Homemade buns: soft, fragrant and scented!

Fluffy and so easy to make, here's the secret to making a great brioche for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) milk
120g (1 cup) sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
60g (1/3 cup) melted butter
14g fresh yeast
500g (2 1/2 cups) flour (all-purpose)
 
METHOD
  1. Mix milk, salt, yeast and egg first, milk has to be at room temperature.
  2. Once that is mixed then add butter and flour and knead until you get a soft dough.
  3. Rest for one hour.
  4. Cut onto squares and draw small cuts on one side and roll them over.
  5. Bake 180°C for 25 to 30 min.
