Crunchy homemade buns: the recipe to make them at home step by step!

The scent of these freshly baked buns will leave you speechless! 
 
INGREDIENTS
sour cream – 1 cup
hot water – 1 cup
salt – 1 1/2 tsp
sugar- 1 tsp
flour – 3 1/2 cup
yeast – ½ pcs
baking soda – 2 tsp
oil

METHOD
  1. Pour hot water into the mixing bowl. Add sour cream, sugar and yeast. Mix. Add flour and mix well. Allow resting for 30 min.
  2. Divide into 8 parts. Make bread rolls. Sprinkle them with flour and cut a knife on the side.
  3. Pour water into the pan and insert it into the oven. Bake at 230 C.
