Sweet buns: how to make them at home with few and easy steps!

How to make the fluffiest sweet buns!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
400 g (3 cups) bread flour;
½ tsp salt;
12g (1 tbsp) sugar;
10 g (1 tbsp) fresh yeast;
240 ml (1 cup) warm milk;
30 g (2 tbsp) butter, soft;
Apricot jam;
1l (4 cups) water;
50g (3 ½ tbsp) baking soda.
METHOD
- Whisk flour with salt and sugar. Crumble in fresh yeast and add warm milk. Knead the dough until smooth.
- Add softened butter and work it into the dough.
- Set the dough aside for 1 hour.
- Cut the dough into 16 pieces and roll each into a ball. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- Flatten the ball of dough with your hands and place a teaspoon of apricot jam in the middle.
- Pinch the edges together to cover the filling, then set aside for 20 minutes more.
- Boil water and add baking soda into it. Blanch buns in soda water for 30 seconds, then transfer onto a baking sheet, make small cuts on the top and bake at 190°C/375°F for 25 minutes.
