STEAMED PUMPKIN: a light and tasty side dish!

INGREDIENTS
700g pumpkin
Pepper
Salt
Rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Cut the pumpkin in half, then remove the seeds and fibrous strands using a spoon.
2. Cut the pumpkin into slices about 2–3 cm thick and place them in a steamer. Cover with the lid and steam for 10 minutes.
3. Transfer the pumpkin slices to a serving plate and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
