Battered pumpkin: a delicious side-dish to try!

The best side dish ever!

INGREDIENTS
500g (3 ½ cups) Pumpkin
Water
6g (1 tbsp) Grated parmesan
Chopped parsley
30g (2 tbsp) Flour
Oil
4g (1 tsp) Salt
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the pumpkin into stripes.
  2. In a bowl add flour, grated parmesan. chopped parsley, water and mix.
  3. Dip the pumpkin stripes into the mixture and put them in an oiled pan. Fry them and serve.
