Pumpkin parmigiana: a delicious recipe ready in just 40 minutes!

If you love pumpkins in every way, this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
1kg pumpkin
Edamer cheese
Flour 00
Cooked ham
50ml extra virgin olive oil
50g (0.5 cup) parmesan
Breadcrumbs
5g salt
Pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
  2. Prepare the flour and add salt, then roll the pumpkin leaves in the flour.
  3. Prepare cheese, ham, parmesan, salt, pepper, oil a fireproof dish and arrange the ingredients in the following order. Arrange the pumpkin leaves, then sprinkle with parmesan, arrange the pieces of ham, cheese, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and then repeat the process until you have the ingredients. At the very end, make a pumpkin, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and olive oil.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes covered with parchment paper for 20 minutes uncovered until golden.
