Pumpkin cookies: a great fall treat ready with just 6 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
110ml (0.5 cup) oil
120g (1 cup) icing sugar
200g boiled pumpkin
450g (3.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
15g baking powder
 
METHOD
  1. Mix eggs, oil, powdered sugar. Add pumpkin puree and stir. Add flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
  2. Form into balls and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
