APPLE BLENDER CAKE: ready in just a few minutes! π

INGREDIENTS
300g of apples
1 lemon wedge
100g of sugar
2 eggs
60ml of vegetable oil
150g of all-purpose flour
2 tsp of baking powder
METHOD
1. Cut the apples into pieces. Put them in the blender.
2. Also, cut the lemons into pieces and add them to the apples.
3. Now it's time for the eggs, then blend everything.
4. Add the oil and sugar and blend again.
5. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and blend once, obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
6. The batter is ready. Pour it into a baking pan (20cm) lined with parchment paper; we use a 24cm one.
7. Bake at 180Β°C for 30 minutes.
8. A nice dusting of powdered sugar and it's ready.
