Savory cake: ready in just a few minutes!

This savory cake, made with sandwich bread, is so good it’ll be gone in the blink of an eye!INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 200g provola cheese (or any stringy cheese)
- 200g ham
- 2 eggs
- 200ml milk
DIRECTIONS
Beat the eggs and then add the milk, salt, pepper and 40g of Parmesan cheese. Dip the slices of bread in the mixture and start assembling the cake in a loaf pan by alternating the bread, cheese, and ham until it reaches the top of the loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and some olive oil. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, let it cool a bit before removing it from the pan and serve!
