Microwave healthier pancakes: ready in just two minutes!

They are ready in just two minutes: easy, tasty and healthier. These pancakes are just as good as the classic version.
INGREDIENTS
200g flour
50g brown sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp vegetable oil
salt
250ml skim milk
2 tsp baking powder
maple syrup, as needed
METHOD
1. Beat together the eggs, sugar, and oil
2. Gradually add the flour and milk. Lastly, add the baking powder.
3. Mix until the batter is nice and fluffy.
4. Heat a microwave-safe dish for one minute.
5. Pour the batter onto the plate and microwave for 2 minutes.
6. Flip over the pancake and microwave for other 30 seconds.
7. Garnish with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
