Stuffed potato pancakes: the recipe for an appetizing treat!

These potato pancakes are very easy to prepare and their cheesy center makes them irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
You will need: 600g of potatoes, 1 egg, 150g of flour, 60g of Parmesan cheese.

DIRECTIONS
Boil the potatoes or cook them in the microwave for about 10 minutes. Mash the potatoes and add the egg, flour, and the Parmesan cheese. Spread out the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and cut out some circles. Place cheese and ham on one circle and then cover it with another circle. Pour some olive oil in a pan and cook each pancake for 5 minutes on each side. Your potato pancakes are ready to serve!
