Peanut Butter Apple Stuffed Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 pack of Pancake mix
1 Egg
Milk
4 apples
Peanut butter
Oil for frying

Instructions:
Mix the Pancake mix with egg and milk or as per the packet instructions.
Core and slice the apples
Smear peanut butter on to one apple slice then sandwich a second apple slice on top
Dip apple sandwich in pancake mix
Shallow fry in pan until browned then flip
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and maple syrup or honey
