Peanut butter stuffed brownies: the most rich and indulgent treat ever

INGREDIENTS
500g (2 cups) of peanut butter
250g of dark chocolate
330g (1 1/2 cups) of butter (melted)
5 eggs
Vanilla extract
420g (2 1/4 cups) of sugar
120g (1 cup) of self-rising flour
60g (2/3 cup) of flour
100g (1 cup) of cocoa powder
METHOD
1. Pour the peanut butter into the microwave-safe bowl. Transfer to the microwave for 3 min.
2. After time has elapsed fill the muffins tray with the paper cups and add the melted peanut butter into each cup (9 total). Freeze for 2 hours.
3. In a bowl add the chocolate and pour over the melted butter. Mix with a spatula to combine.
4. In a mixing bowl add the eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar and mix with the electric mixer until fluffy. Add the melted chocolate with butter and sift the self-rising flour, flour, and cocoa powder. Mix with a spatula to combine and obtain the no-lumps mixture.
5. Pour half of the mixture into the cake mold (25x25cm mold size) and add the prepared peanut butter (remove from the cups). Cover with the other half of the mixture and level it up well.
6. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
7. Cut on slices after baking and serve brownies on the serving plate.
