Peanut butter bites: no cooking and with only 4 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
250g (1 1/4 cups) of greek yogurt 
55g (1/4 cup) of peanut butter  
1 tbsp of maple syrup 
140g of melted chocolate 
Peanuts, chopped 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup.
2. Spoon dollops onto the parchment paper, freeze for 2 hours.
3. Dip into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
4. Store in the freezer. Let defrost before serving for 15 minutes.
