They are quick and easy, but most importantly unbelievably tasty!
Yorkshire pudding is a common English side dish consisting of a baked pudding made with milk, flour and eggs. Perfect with beef and gravy!
INGREDIENTS
Yorkshire pudding is a common English side dish consisting of a baked pudding made with milk, flour and eggs. Perfect with beef and gravy!
INGREDIENTS
200ml milk
200g flour
salt
4 eggs
vegetable oil
METHOD
1. Beat the eggs, then add the milk, the salt and the flour.
2. Put the vegetable oil into each compartment and preheat the oven to 190° for 15 minutes.
3. Pour the batter into a jug and carefully pour it in each hole of the muffin pan.
4. Bake at 190° for 25 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
