INGREDIENTS
60g grated coconut
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
30g unsweetened cocoa powder
50ml soy milk

Grated coconut as needed

METHOD
1. Pour the coconut, sugar, and sifted cocoa powder into a bowl.
2. Mix the ingredients to combine them.
3. Add the soy milk.
4. Mix until you get a workable dough.
5. Form balls by taking small amounts of the mixture and rolling them between your hands, each weighing 15g.
6. Roll the balls in grated coconut.
7. Refrigerate before serving.
