Coconut and chocolate cookies: the no-bake treat ready in minutes

INGREDIENTS
620g of biscuits
70g (1/2 cup) of cocoa powder
130g (3/4 cup) of sugar
12g (1 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
260ml (1 cup) of milk
160g (3/4 cup) of butter
Honey
Shredded coconut
METHOD
1. Crush the biscuits into the bowl and set aside.
2. In a saucepan add the cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk and mix for a few minutes on medium heat. Finally, add the butter and mix all to combine well. Remove from the heat.
3. Pour the cocoa mixture over the crumbled biscuits and mix all well with a spatula.
4. Split the mixture in half and transfer the one half to the parchment paper. Spread it with a spatula to obtain the rectangle shape. Roll it out on the parchment paper to obtain the loaf shape. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
5. After time has elapsed transfer the loaf to the cutting board and split it into three parts. Brush each one with the honey and cover with the Shredded coconut.
6. Serve them all together and cut them into slices.
